I'm back in the gym for the first time in months.
Circus performer, it's been hard to run the program... I'm in one place for 3 months so thought I'd give it another stab.
Got to 105kg squat before last trip on the road.

Reset at a conservative 80kg this week, 85kg today looked like:

apart from that last rep, are they looking alright?

    previous stats:
    6'2+
    BW: 75kg-90kg
    Squat currently 85kg, was 105kg
    DL currently 115kg, was 130kg
press has gotten to 80kg, currently 65kg.

The only things that I see of any substance here is that you have a lot of weight on your heels - get back on your midfoot - and it appears from this angle your stance may be wide, though it's not hurting your depth so it could just be the camera angle.

    Good job.

I'm an acrobat by trade, I'm quite flexible.
So stance could be wider than it should be, for sure.

I'll re-squat today and maybe see if I can get two angles.

    Thank-you Coach Hill.

Here is my dead lift from last night, I'm still trying to find a monkey capable of filming my squat properly.

You try to put your shoulders behind the bar on your pulls and you push the bar forward of the mid foot prior to most of your reps. I highly recommend this thread:
