There are not enough reps here to really determine much more than your setup needs work.
The first rep the bar is too far away from your body, putting your shoulders too far forward, the second, you have a better start position, but your end up with your shoulders behind the bar.
Review the deadlift in the book, pay particular attention to the setup procedures. Consistency in set up will result in consistency in the lift.
