Deadlift/Press/Squat Form Check Videos
From reading SS and watching these videos I believe I've identified some of my problems
(not in full lockout in deadlift, hips are too high which causes my chest to be over the bar, improper lumbar extension when setting up for a squat which causes a "butt wink" at the bottom of the squat, poor job bringing my shoulders back)
My biggest problem is with press.
Any help would be appreciated.

Deadlift - this is not the setup we teach, and there are not enough reps, with a poor video angle so I won't comment. Review the chapter in the book, review the sticky at the top of this forum.
Squat - Comments are the same. Only this time review any of the 1000 squat form videos.
OHP - hips are late. Hip initiate the movement in our version of the press.
