    First, thanks for taking a look at this. This is the first set and last set of 299.5x5x5.

    I'm 34 years old, 210 lbs, heaviest squats so far were last week's intensity day, 330x3x2.

    I see the first set might be a little too deep, the last set might be a little shallow. Biggest issue I see is that my torso goes horizontal on the way up. I find myself wanting to look straight ahead on the way up to lift my chest which is obviously wrong.

    Any pointers are appreciated.

    Narrow your stance. Keep your chin down on the ascent. Keep the bar over the midfoot. Drive your knees out hard on the way up. Depth is iffy on some of these.
