    Welp..my "doctor's script" has me with a "No-Go" in that section. I use a page per training session, with the warm up weights blocked out and the plate math done so I can quickly rack the weight I am to do. I also scrawl notes on issues or problems I have-but I kind of doubt if too many people can read my chicken scratch.

    I have pretty much the same system (1 page per workout, small waterproof/sweatproof notebook). Having the plate math in advance is helpful - it seems that my ability to do basic math degrades as soon as I walk into the gym.

    Paper is way more convenient than the SS app, hate flipping between "camera" and "app", and I don't think about chins the same way as the app.
