    I think you could lean over more and sooner. You have long femurs and a shorter torso, so you're going to need to get leaned over more than you think you need to. It'll help keep you over midfoot and keep the knees from traveling so far forward. As soon as you start, send the knees out and get your nipples pointed at the floor. Keep your balance on midfoot and reach back with your hips rather than sitting straight down. Getting the knees out and keeping them from traveling so far forward will also help you to get to depth without question.

    Thanks, Pete, that helps a lot. I'll get to work on that and post a follow up video when I think I've made some progress.

    So I've been working on form, I took a slight deload. Is this any better?
    Note: Please excuse my awkward walkout, I tweaked my back on deadlifts the other day. No pain during the movement, but just bearing the weight was pretty painful - thinking a pulled muscle.
