Depth looks ok, but we can make it better. You are on your toes at the bottom. See your heels coming up? I suspect it's because your stance is too narrow and your midsection is bumping into your thighs. Widen your stance, and you'll probably be good. Depth will be easier to get. Check your eye gaze, as well. See how you are looking down straight between your toes? Point your face about 4-5 feet in front of you. It will help your thoracic extension and make it easier for you to be consistent.
