How is my depth here? If you feel that this is insufficient depth, should I move my knees forward more and bend over more?

Depth looks ok, but we can make it better. You are on your toes at the bottom. See your heels coming up? I suspect it's because your stance is too narrow and your midsection is bumping into your thighs. Widen your stance, and you'll probably be good. Depth will be easier to get. Check your eye gaze, as well. See how you are looking down straight between your toes? Point your face about 4-5 feet in front of you. It will help your thoracic extension and make it easier for you to be consistent.

Keep up the good work! Wish I had known how to train when I was 15. In 1986. During the Reagan administration. Good grief I'm old.

Oh, also, your notation is wrong. 330x5x3, not 330x3x5.

Man! I was 145lbs and had just started going to the gym before school in the mornings, skinny and no strength. I'm just now getting those numbers in my squat.
