    Did it just go away naturally or did you change something?! My whole right hand is tingly for a day or two after I squat but it usually gone by the next squat day. Probably some sort of nerve or something.

    I thought it would be fun to resurrect an old thread with an update.

    This is in regard to not being flexible enough to hold the bar properly. It took me about two years and I can say I am now flexible enough to hold the bar in the correct way for low bar squats. My first warmup still takes some work to get into position. But every set after is completely comfortable. No shoulder or elbow pain at all. That is all...
