That’s pretty cool, Arthur. I have a feeling we will see much more of that as more cities come online with a Starting Strength Gym.

Trevor is an aspiring coach and big fan of Starting Strength who wants to get his SSC certification. So glad the timing worked out for us to run into each other. We invited them to come check out our 5:30am class last Monday before they had to leave for the airport which they did. Good luck to Trevor in getting his SSC and spreading the word back in Michigan!

Kevin pulling 320x5. Despite nagging back troubles, Kevin is currently trouble-free and hitting weekly PR’s on squat and deadlift. With a couple tweaks to the NLP (2 squats and 1 deadlift weekly), Kevin is able to push his ceiling and get stronger.

Jeff is rehabbing a wrist injury from dirt-biking using movements that keep him pain-free and allow him to get stronger. No matter your limitations, strength is for everyone.
