    been taking some needed days off. Thats why no posts.

    Meet went OK not what I hoped but good first meet back and had no hip pain even with squatting I killed the squats though light and had zero pain. bench went OK and DL killed the opener at 725 was tired as the meet was long the second pull was 7.5 hours after the start of the meet so went right for 804, just missed it at top of Knee.

    Ill get back to training wednesday if I feel like it LOL if not as soon as I have the itch a few weeks off is much needed.

    Default Ive been slacking

    since my meet just feeling beat up got sick etc,

    I started throwing again and thats feeling good,

    just had the first OK training session since the meet last night

    warm up lots of BW squats and foam rolling back was tight

    DL vs double over average bands = shit load of tension at the knee and up.

    worked up to a pretty hard 635 bar weight and called it. I was happy with that the knee up when the bands hit hard was a nice grind.

    then foam squat
    225 x 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14

    yup 106 reps

    and in
    between a lot of chins

    abs x some x some

    step ups 5 sets for bad left leg
    two sets for right

    thats it

    FWIW, 725 looked awesome, and I can't blame you missing 804 since it has to be tough moving so much weight around your massive thighs, haha. Don't know if it means so much from a newb, but I'm pretty f*in impressed; good luck getting back into it.
