    Rather displeased with that, thought I should be able to get 2.5kg more than last week. Pleased that I got it with the suit on and it wasn't all that hard. The suit helps with the start off the floor of course, which is where I fail. The failed attempts took rather a lot out of me and the final 215 singles were hard.

    I don't know, I felt ready, but it wasn't happening. I was all alone in the gym which makes it hard to psych up for a really good lift, that might make a small difference, maybe. 242.5kg next week. I strained too long on the first attempt. I got it maybe 5cm (2") off the floor and pulled a little longer than I should have. I was very tired after that.
