    Hamburgerfan, how do you do your reverse-hypers? Using momentum or not? What kind of a loading paramaters?

    I do a few sets of ten with up to 2 plates per side, using a small amount of momentum. I try to resist the weight on the way down so it doesn't get out of hand.

    Inzer iron z was my first. I have Titan thp less than 6 mo old, but I thought about getting some new ones down the road and only using them for bIG attempts so they can stay STIFF

    I like the elitefts krait wraps. They are real thick and are.apparently designed for multiply lifters, but I like them the most out of the wraps I've used.
