    225x5 - PR. Spotter kept fingers lightly on bar last two reps. Hard to get people not to do that on this lift. Still is PR and felt stronger than before.

    Yeah, I told the guy spotting me on bench to do nothing, just stand there, unless the bar is on my neck, and he still did that. Nice close-grip though, I'd have a hard enough time doing that on a normal incline.

    Great squat dude. I'm super-jealous of your bench. At some point maybe 6 months ago I think I had you beat on bench but I've been stuck for a long time while you keep making progress!

    Hey hamfan, how close of a grip do you usually take on your CG incline bench? I tried some tonight, took a grip that put my hands about 2 inches away from my shoulders. Did 225 for 3x5 and it absolutely smoked my shoulders. Didn't seem to do much for my chest or triceps but man I could barely stabilize when standing pressing the empty bar after.
