    Pullups:
    8 sets of 2

    Log cleans:
    145x10x4

    Rolling Thunder:
    135x5 second holdx6 each hand

    Stones:
    up to 305x5. Something popped in my left shoulder in the first stone. I had some A.R.T. done a half hour before that so I think it was some scar tissue giving. The pain is almost gone and I've got full range of motion. We'll see how it feels in a day or two.
