I didn't think that this would be a good day and it didn't feel good, but in context it is the most I have lifted since my surgery. This is the first time I have completed 3 reps with 150. My shoulder was tight this morning, but I will have to wait for a day or two to see if it is a problem.

Last session of Split Jerk for a while. 175 caused some pain and discomfort a few months ago. 190 was relatively easy with no discomfort. Hope to progress to training bodyweight for reps with this.
