Wow it’s been many moons since I kept a training log. So figured I’d come look up my old one. I haven’t trained serious for years. Other things have taken the place of what lifting and training used to be for me. Now Im just looking at training to be better at life. Feel better, look better, perform better at life. Hopefully I can be consistent.

    Today

    Squat - 315x1, 245x5x3 sets
    Bench - 175x5x3 sets
    Deadlift - 325x5
    One arm row - 45x10, 55x10
    Other miscellaneous non important stuff

I’ve got a few workouts under my belt already and just adding a little weight every session until it close down. Then I will probably switch to an upper/lower split to keep workouts very short.

Squat - 275x5x3, added belt so jumped 20lbs
    Bench - 185x5x3
    Deadlift - 345x5, belt

Things definitely starting to get just a smidge harder. Will have a few more workouts before I need to change anything though, probably more than I think.

    Squat - 315, 345, 285x5x3 sets
    Press 2.0 - 105x5x3 sets
    Deadlift - 405, 355x5

I’m either further along on deadlift than the other lifts or it’s not progressing quite as fast. Or I just forgot how hard heavy deadlifts are lol.

    Squat 305x5x3 sets
    Press 120x5, 110x5x2 sets
    Deadlift 375x5

Again today went better than I thought. For some reason I thought 120 was next in my progression for press, I was like that’s awful heavy….got on here and looked and saw it was 110 lol.

    Squat 315x5x3 sets
    Bench 200x5x3 sets
    Deadlift 385x5

Only trained once last week so everything was a little hard, but not at all terrible. Going to try to get back on track to a minimum of twice a week

    Squat 325x5x3 sets
    Press 2.0 115x5x3 sets
    Deadlift 395x5
    1 arm rows 65x10x2 sets
    DB Curls 25x10x2 sets

Surprised how this one went again but definitely getting harder. Probably drop down to adding 5lbs on squat and deadlift to try to squeeze some more out of linker progression. That a long with eating and sleeping good.
