    Madcows week 2, day 2.

    Front Squats:
    175x5
    175x5
    175x5

    OHP(cleaned them up):
    85x5
    95x5
    115x5
    130x5

I hate light weight overhead presses, aagggghhhh.

    Deadlift:
    190x5
    225x5
    260x5
    300x5

Felt odd on an OLY bar to say the least, kneeling is so... odd.

    DB rows:
    50x12
    50x12
    50x12

    GHR:
    BWx5

Felt... like I was doing them wrong. Lol.

    Push Press:
    180x1

Just so I could pick something up and slam it down on the ground, lol.

To be honest, the owner seemed really intelligent. He said in college he had been friends with Lon or something. The things he said confused me though, which is odd. I'm not use to people talk to me in real lift about weightlifting, and me not knowing what they are talking about. I may go one more time to check this out.

    Squats:
    140x5
    175x5
    210x5
    245x5
    290x3
    210x5

    Bench:
    85x5
    100x5
    120x5
    140x5
    165x3
    125x5

Just saw I copied the first 4 sets done on squat/bench wrong. So I did the wrong weight.

    Clean:
    70x3
    85x3
    105x3
    120x3
    140x1
    140x1
    105x5

Forgot to video tape the first one, then video taped the second one. Accidently deleted it while trying to make room.

    Chin ups:
    187x5
    187x5
    187x4
    187x1

Going for 3x5 on monday now.

    Lying Tricep Extension:
    Ez bar+15x8
    ^x8
    ^x8

    Clean+Press:
    140x1

Did it again to get a video.

    Hammer curls:
    25x8
    25x8
    25x8

    Felt swole after this.

Tri/Bi work felt really easy. Adding 5-10 lbs next time.

Have to stay at my old gym, lucky my friend works there on wednesday and he will let me OHP. So I can atleast OHP once a week.

Blah, have had class the last week from 8 to 8. Barely any free time.

Front squatted a 275x1 last week, and then here is yesterdays workout.

Nice video! I am envious of your clean rack, that is one thing my arm can't do just yet.

Quick suggestion on the bench... It looks like your elbows are flaring out (more like the way a bodybuilder would do the bench press). If you can keep them tucked in it might help out. If it is comfortable as is, you can just stick with that too.

Nice progress, and like I said, nice rack (feels stange saying that to a guy... although I have to admit I have never just walked up to a girl and said that either). :-)

Haha, I really do need to work on my elbows when I bench, I need more pratice under the bar to get use to it however.

And thank you! To be honest, I have no idea how I rack it like that. I've had a coach tell me he hasn't really seen a newbie rack it at the bottom like that, but hey it's working!

what kind of weird-ass gym doesn't allow overhead pressing.... that doesn't even make sense, unless you're being an asshole and dropping the bar when you're done

My gym. I did them today, but I had to do them in the bench area, which is like it's own room. I just cleaned them up. I use to do them in the squat rack, but they say it is to dangerous. Lol.
