I'm touched. Emotionally.
Matt is a good one. When he gets strong going here you'll have to come down for lifting and eating.

There it is!
Sorry, I suppose I've just watched too many Friday Night Lights episodes. Time to break bad..
Yeah, and I've learned a lot from you too, Dwayne, particularly attitude adjustments : )
Sounds like a plan!
Not to ruin the tickle party in here, but brosef, looks like you're famous:

Deadlift
135x5
225x4
315x3
405x2
515x1 easier than expected
475x2x3 timed 4 minute rests
515 was as easy as it looked, but the doubles felt harder than they looked on video:

10.25" Box Squat
45x5
135x5
224x5
315x4 RPE 8.5
325X4 RPE 8.5
335X4 barely RPE 9ish
My low glutes were still sore from what I assume to be the sumo pulls on Tuesday. These box squats were suppose to be RPE 9, and I guess you could call it that, but at this point I just get more winded than anything. I'm still doing them relatively light, but I also have to consider that the box is really low. I won't be using them for my upcoming peak (realization) block, but I will start them up again next cycle, and continue to increase the weight.
Contrary to some opinions, these are excellent for my raw squat technique, and I'm still developing them:
