I got a little knee bend on 205, and it was easier than I anticipated. 210 was better but I pressed a little unevenly for some reason.
Deadlift

I was expecting 495 to feel lighter, so it kind of surprised me. So I'm thinking I'll go lighter than planned. It's tough to cram all this in a small time frame so I'm feeling kinda beat by deadlift time...but weird enough I was ready for the weight so 515 was only 8.5. So instead of drop sets I just pulled 525@9.5 and called it a day.
Good night, because I was actually hoping to go 425/210/525, and it ended up exactly that. There's no way I can make it to Wichita Falls for the meet, but I'll still be testing next weekend anyway.
