    Got out of groove on 2nd rep of 200, but it did feel kinda heavy too.

    Deadlift

    Definitely had more here, but my left hand was slipping on the terrible Gold's Gym barbell. Pretty sure a really heavy single will still be okay.

    Squat
    395x1@8.5, 425x1@9, 405x1@8.5, 405x1@9

    Press
    195x1@8, 205x1@8.5, 210x1@9, 200x1@8.75, 200x1@9.5, 195x1@8.25
    I got a little knee bend on 205, and it was easier than I anticipated. 210 was better but I pressed a little unevenly for some reason.

    Deadlift
    495x1@8.75, 515x1@8.5, 525x1@9.5
    I was expecting 495 to feel lighter, so it kind of surprised me. So I'm thinking I'll go lighter than planned. It's tough to cram all this in a small time frame so I'm feeling kinda beat by deadlift time...but weird enough I was ready for the weight so 515 was only 8.5. So instead of drop sets I just pulled 525@9.5 and called it a day.

    Good night, because I was actually hoping to go 425/210/525, and it ended up exactly that. There's no way I can make it to Wichita Falls for the meet, but I'll still be testing next weekend anyway.
