    The 245x5 bench surprised me. You could call this a recent PR, I supposed, considering my 1 rep max was 250-260 when I started back in April.

    Didn't get a lot of work in today, because I decided to rotate in with 4 other lifters benching. It's fun, good motivation, etc...but the rests are too long, and I could only stay a little over an hour:

    Bench 280x3 (spot 3rd), 280x2, 280x3 (spot), 280x2, + Magnum Ram 320x3@9

    Sheesh, over an hour for 13 work reps. And I *was* going to deadlift too :/

    Bench was not a traditional cambered bench bar for longer ROM, but a camber attachment on the bar where the weights swing freely like a cambered squat bar. I'm really liking this for both box squat and bench occasionally:
