    Best of luck at the big meet this weekend! I wouldn't worry too much about your weight for this one (first meet and all). Just focus on coming in as strong as possible and blast out some PR's! :-)

    Thanks Les, I'm trying not to worry about it, but I just keep thinking how nice it would be to be in the 181 class. Thanks for the reminder. I truly don't want to sacrifice any strength whatsoever. I drank nearly 2 gallons of water yesterday. I weighed 193.4 before bed, and 187.4 this morning. I'm just going to do a small amount of cardio this afternoon, but I'm going to be sure to eat a lot of good food. I'll take in around 2 gallons today too. Tomorrow morning, only small sips of water until the weigh-ins.

    Wow. That water cut really did work well. How many hours is the weigh-in before the meet?
