    starting strength coach development program
    Well, it's been about 5 years since I've posted. Sorry coach (Andrew Lewis), I guess I lied, but it seems like nothing was the same since I moved to Tulsa in 2015, right after the last time I competed in 2014.

    Today, however, I started again with in-person coaching at Tulsa's first Starting Strength gym! Still smells like fresh paint:

    I'm stoked to start off again with a clean slate - at 50 years old:

    Squat 135x5
    Press 65x5
    Deadlift 185x5

    My loins will hate me tomorrow, but I'm feeling great! Stay tuned for actual progress. I know this training log is in the wrong section now, but whatever.
