    I'm starting to increase the weight now. I am pretty sure I should be using bands or chains, or maybe even pausing in the hole. There is too much pop at the top; I am worried about whether I am maintaining my tightness, although not terribly worried because I am only doing 2 reps at a time.

    Failed the set of five. The fourth rep only came a couple inches off the floor. I blame the mono. I will now be doing 3 reps every week, because that is what Texas Method people do when they stall.

    Didn't we agree that if you were working up to a heavy single that you would give yourself more than one chance if you missed? Like the 170 snatch. If you had to wait around in the set up, then dude, JUST DO IT AGAIN.
