--Came down with a cold this morning. It was weird because usually I--and I think most everyone--comes down with them overnight. I woke up feeling fine this morning, but about 2 hrs in at work and I felt like ass. Happy today went ok.

Squat up to 490x1, went home
--Stayed home from work today, should have stayed home from the gym as well. Had the chills, bodyaches, and runs, and when I tried to squat in the freezing warehouse, my back, knees, and Achilles tendons all felt like they were about to snap. Just sick, and needed to stay home. Had the sense to quit before I got hurt at least.
Bw down to 202. Probably time to come off the rather extreme diet and do something different. I'd like to stay around 200 a while, and my calories are too low for maintenance now.
Sorry you're sick...get well soon. But I came here to say that I weighed 199 this morning. Oddly enough, it's not yet translating into a 700 pound pull.

Finally broke down and went to the doc today. I have strep throat (What am I? A 10 year old kid?). Wish I hadn't waited nearly a week to get it checked out. I'll be on amoxicillin for 10 days. I'll try to train through it as well as I can, but I might have to back off a bit from what I had planned.
