    Thanks, Michael. That's the plan.

    3/3
    Deadlift 636x2 (PR, RPE 8)
    Snatch grip deadlift 445x2, 495x2, 545x2
    Bench 135x5, 185x5, 225x5 (basically treated as a deload)
About 5 sets of 10 pullups and a bunch of bodybuilder upper body fluff work

    --Good day. Deadlift video: https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v...28&pnref=story

    It felt fast, Dwayne.

    3/6
Squat 521x2 (PR, not an absolute grinder but couldn't have hit another rep)
    2 ct pause squat 445 2x2
Press 133x5, 183x5, 203x5, 221x2 (not hard but had to quit due to elbow pain)

--Good day on squats, although I believe I was peaked last week. This will be useful info heading into my next meet in May. It was really too cold to get much done today. If you rested long enough to recover for your next set, you got cold. If you wanted to keep your joints warm, you had to do the next set before you had time to recover. Lose-lose.

And on the topic of gym climate...

One of my training partners just moved into a house with a laundry room that will contain a squat rack with pullup attachment, a platform for deadlifts, a bench, a Texas power bar, and a Texas deadlift bar. The space will be tight, but this equipment is all top of the line and, best of all, we'll have heat and air.

If any of you folks find yourselves in Nashville (WOLF!), you'll have a free place to take a workout. We're also interested in finding some teammates. There are only two of us so far. Please PM me with any serious inquiries. At most, you'll pay a nominal monthly fee. I will run a background check on anyone who comes to the house.

Congrats on the squat and deadlift PRs, Kyle. Good luck with the new training space as well.

Really kicking some ass lately, Kyle! Congrats on the PRs...inspiring as always. Even more so than your deloads, ha : )

Sure wish I were close to Nashville.

Thanks, Steve. Fuck deloads. I'm through with them lol.

Yeah, it would be nice to have a training partner or two who could actually show up on time and give 100%. I haven't known that feeling in a long time, and I don't expect it to change anytime soon.

Hanley, my video will go up tomorrow unless I die before I make it home from the gym.

Was supposed to train today. Needed a new tire and an alignment, so my dad was nice enough to lend me his car to get to work while he took mine to the mechanic. We pick mine up at 5:30 in rush hour traffic and as soon as we leave the parking lot I get a call from my dad that he just noticed I have a headlight out. I checked the fucking lights before we took the car in this morning. By the time I can do anything about it, the only place open late enough to fix it is Pep Boys, so I went there, spent another $28, and just got back home.
