Squat 415x5 (PR for 5 reps), 350 3x5
Abs 3x10
--Good day. Weight was under 200 for the first time in a long time this morning--199. The 415x5 was hard as hell. Definitely nothing else in the tank, but no harder than 410x5 was last week. And given how wrecked my spinal erectors were today from Tuesday's deadlifts, I'm fairly pleased with this week. The backoff sets w/ 350 were easier this week. I'm not decided on what I'll be squatting next week. Might go to 3x3 and then a couple of backoff sets of 5. Might just hit 420x4 and then 3 backoff sets of 5.

Kyle - you are a strong ass dude man. You are under 200 now? f' me. We are close to being the same weight. Nice job with the squats, and of course - sick job with the pulling. You just pulled close to my 1rm for 5.

Thanks, but I think you can prob bench my 1rm for 5. Now if we could just use either of our squats, your bench, and my pull, we would have a raw elite total lol.
I bet you can pull a lot more than you realize, though. If someone loaded a bar up to 600 and yelled at you, I bet you would get it.

Speed deadlift 325+150 in band tension at the top - 6 sets of 2 on 1 min clock
Power cleans/reverse curls lol 225 for 5 singles, very easy but my technique is a joke, hence why i rarely do them
Paused front squat (just a long enough pause to come to a complete stop) 280x5 PR
Box jumps 6x2
Ab pulldowns 3x12

Ab pulldowns 3x10
--Good day. I could have hit 420x5 on the first set, no doubt. Had one rep left in the tank on the 3rd set. This is a volume PR. If I can push this 3x3 up to 430 or 435, that will be great. This was one of the best squat workouts of my life. Everything moved well and I had a lot of energy.
