    --Still feeling rough. Still had a good workout. Stomach doesn't feel good. Couldn't finish my 27 oz burger for lunch yesterday. Had trouble getting down a 16 oz steak tonight.

    I should note that the burger is advertised as "at least 27 oz." Maybe I'm not as big of a failure as I feel.

    27 oz is a lot, especially if it had a big bun, fries, etc.

    Grats on the 635x3 DL with more in the tank too! :-)

    I'm glad to see you're sticking with your training plan of RPE no higher than 8, and that it's paying dividends.

    Yeah, the plan is to stay in that 7-8 RPE range until time to overreach. Alas, that time is this week and next. So...
