That is one ugly bird and/or cat.

    1/11 - bw 210.5

Deadlift - 700x1 (PR, RPE 10 but had 10 lbs in tank. First time completing a deadlift with 700 lbs, but good lord does this feel heavier on a stiff bar than on a deadlift bar (have missed on a DL bar multiple times due to grip failure))

    Snatch grip deadlift - 405x5, 455x5

    DB row - 120 3x20

--Deadlift video forthcoming later tonight or tomorrow. Didn't feel very strong today, so it's nice to know I can hit 700 on a stiff bar on a bad day only a week removed from 675x2. Grip also held encouragingly well.

700 deadlift (The yokedness of my right forearm kind of steals the show)

Your forearms are swoler (or is it swoller?) than my damn thighs. 'grats on the 700 pull. I'd say such a feat is inconceivable to me, but I'm not sure if that word means what I think it means.

Man, people there (old dude excluded) must be used to you. Nobody else batted an eye. Nice pull.

    Thanks, Les/Gilchrest/Adam/Sean.

Adam, one of these days I'm going to look in your log and be like, "Skillin is weighing 220 now? Inconceivable!" And then you're going to bust out a 700 lb pull.

Yeah, Sean, I'm pretty happy that most everyone leaves me alone. Probably a combination of a few things: I don't look big, so the bros really don't care. Everyone used to bombard my old training partner, Gentry, with questions because of his physique. It wasn't his fault, but it made training with him a nuisance. Fortunately I don't have to deal with that. Then there's also the fact that these people don't understand the difference between a 4 plate and a 7 plate deadlift. Kind of like most women I've ever dated.

Also, its the YMCA so lots of people don't want to watch us do something wrong.

Thanks, John, Wolf, and Wolf's calves.
