My shirt had a huge goddamned wolf on it. Kind of difficult not to have a good workout.
My quad feels 100%, as does the rest of me for the first time in a few months. I don't know whether CNS fatigue is real, or whether I had a lot of little muscle strains (in addition to the quad tear), or whether I was overtrained, but something felt "off" for about three weeks prior to that meet I did on Feb 6 and lasted until very recently.

Press - 205x3, 210x3, 215x3, 220x3, 225x3, 155x15
DB row - 100x20,20,26
Played around with some bench on a new fangled super wobbly bar. Waste of time. Couldn't use enough weight to matter.
--All lifts are feeling good except for press right now. BW is a little down and press is more BW dependent than the other lifts for me.
I think it's called the Earthquake bar. Equally gay, I'm sure.

Squat - 515x1 (RPE 7.5), 455 6x4 (RPE 7,7,7,8,8,8.2546)
--Finally starting to handle some real weight again on the squat. Significant bar shake on the single at 515. Def could have hit for 3, maybe for 4 (def for 4+ with a squat bar). Using an old B&R bar. Not sure whether the problem is me or the bar, but I've used two B&R models now, and the bar shake on both is the worst I've experienced on a 28mm+ barbell.
High 4's. First time I attributed it to using bumpers that came all the way out to the ends, but now I'm not so sure. Also, I might be shifting my knees forward/backward as I descend into the hole, trying to find my groove, which also would explain the phenomenon. And maybe I'm just getting the shakes when the weight gets heavy now. I've seen others to whom it happens all the time; I just assumed they were born like that.
