Yeah, so stop doing that, Kyle. Because it pisses the rest of us off.

Thanks, Derek. I don't want to be one of those guys who denies he has pretty good genetics, but I'm certainly not in the top 1-2% athletically. Decades of consistency will make anyone pretty damn strong.

    6/6

    Cambered bar squat - 265x3, 355x3, 415x3

--Will take a squat single over 600 next week. Would like to pull over 700 this Thursday.

I'm poor, but perhaps we could work out a deal...

Is there lotion involved? Do you provide callus management counseling?

If your DP presentation involves some isometric resistance (IR) work, especially if it's with big basic compound (BBC) movements, I'm all in. Name your price.

Now that's a nice rounded back pull. Love me a good rounded back pull, not being sarcastic.

    Lol, thanks, Derek. Turtle power.

    6/10
Press - 255x1 (about 10 lbs in tank, but training partner wouldn't let me take 266 for a 1 lb PR. Said it would be gay. I agreed, and 270 wasn't going, so called it there.)
    Back down press - 155x18
    One-armed BB row - 115 3x15

There's some good work here. 10/10 would read again and chuckle
