So, new schedule starting next week will still be:
Monday deadlift, Tuesday Bench, Thursday squat, Friday press. I committed to a summer softball league on Thursday and Friday nights. I don't think this will adversely affect my recovery since all my lower body work for the week will be finished by the first game on Thursday nights and I'll have the entire weekend to rest.
Several years ago I swore that I'd never stoop to playing in a slow pitch softball league--that once my baseball days were over I wouldn't mess with the ridiculousness that is slow pitch softball. But I've really been looking for something else to do lately, so maybe this won't suck.
