6/17 (Lower deload + rehab hamstring. Everything done beltless and unexplosively. The cleans were more like reverse curls, in order not to aggravate my hamstring.)

    Squat 45x20, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5 (nothing hurt)

Deadlift (DOH) 135x10, 135x10, 225x10, 225x10, 315x10 (was aware of the hamstring, but nothing hurt as long as I wasn't too explosive)

Clean each rep and press 135 4x5

    Ab pulldowns 2x20

--I actually felt great today. I think I'll be ready to lift heavy next week.

I think it's coming along well. I should be back to heavy training next week.

    6/20

Deadlift 585x3 (triple PR. Hard. As. Fuck.)
Snatch grip deadlift 135x5, 225x5, 315x5 hamstring was done, so was I

Then went and hit a grand slam and a bunch of goddamn flyouts that hung in the air forever at my softball game. Geigh night. Was only 3 for 6.

My hamstring does not feel awesome right now. But you know what? I don't give a fuck. It had been 2.5 weeks since I'd pulled heavy and this training cycle was already fucked up and was going to get even more fucked up the longer I waited. Now I can actually not worry about pulling heavy for 2 weeks if I so choose. I felt good enough, so I let er' rip. My right leg overcompensated like crazy and I felt like I was going to tear everything from my glute to my calf in my good leg, but I locked that PR out because, again, I don't give a fuck.

You are like the honeybadger of guys with hamstring pulls.

    Crazy strong tugging broski.

Also, 3 for 6 isn't that bad. That's probably better than anyone on the Atlanta Braves roster could do.

Good point, Dana. BJ Upton and Dan Uggla could probably find a way to hit below .200 even in slow pitch softball. Good thing they are the two highest paid players on the team.

    Deadlift 135x20, 225x10

    Db row 120 2x15

    --Felt pretty good today.
