Deadlift 560x4 (this was the goal but was harder than I would've liked. I had a huge blister on my left hand that popped open during the set and made grip tough)
Sumo deadlift 225x5, 315x5, 405x5, 475x6 (RPE 8.5)
Planks - 2 sets of 30 sec with 90 lbs on my back.
