You are talking about your dick here, right? Were there better asses at the new gym?

--That's all. Didn't have much time and have to pull tomorrow anyway. Made one of my usual wise decisions to increase my life stress two weeks out from a meet. Ran out of food on Saturday and the only thing within walking distance of my house is Hooter's. Not the worst problem in the world. Naturally one of the waitresses dropped her number off for me as my buddies and I were paying our tab. Maybe a more disciplined lifter says: "You know, I'm two weeks out from a meet. I'll just thank her but tell her I'm not available for a couple of weeks. If she's still interested, then we'll talk." The looks of jealousy on my buddies' faces were too much, though. I knew I had to get shit started ASAP. Not to mention that something like this is a clear sign from the gods. Who knows? Maybe this thing will go four--even five--weeks.
You need to teach her the ropes so you have a handler come meet time. :-)

No. I call one of my occasional training partners "little kyle" because I started coaching him when he was 17 and he's built just like me.

And I don't look at women's asses in the gym, even when they wear the tightest, most distracting, whorish pants imaginable. Because that's not what the gym's for. Nope. Not at all.

Sean, I actually had on a shirt. No idea what she saw in me.

The fucked up thing is she actually mentioned that the next day.

1/26/16 Last heavy DL workout before meet

    Deadlift - 620x4 (RPE 8, rep PR)
    Snatch grip deadlift - 555 2x2
    Cable row - 3x10

--Good confidence booster today. Wanted some kind of rep PR without having to grind at 9-10 RPE, but I've been doing so many doubles and singles lately that I decided to back the weight down and do more reps. Right decision. Warmups felt terrible up to 585 as my equilibrium felt off. Something clicked with 585 and 620, though. Got me a little excited for the meet actually.

It held up fine but is tight today. One more heavy attempt would have snapped it, I think.

Well, hopefully 9 days of recovery is all you'll need to set a big PR at the meet.
