Definitely an impressive result considering you didn't have the perfect storm so to speak. Hitting your goal despite the injury is quite an accomplishment. Hope you heal up quickly.

Congrats on the meet - now get that leg and pec sorted stat!
Thanks, 2squat/Chris. Quad is healing fairly quickly.
2/12 (Restoration/quad rehab)
Squat - 45x10, 135x10, 185x10, 225x5, 275x5
Deadlift - 135 3x5
Clean (once) and press - 135 3x10
Bench - 135 3x10
Pullups - bw 3x10
--That's it for this week. Staying out of the gym until Monday, then will see where I'm at. Hope to start a new hypertrophy block. Squats might have to stay a little lighter than programmed for the first couple of weeks, though.
2/15 (More deload type stuff)
Squat - 45x10, 135x8, 225x5, 275x5,5,5 315x4 (too painful), 45x20,20, 225x5
Clean (once) and press - 135x10,10, 185x10
--I'm just going to need to chill out, do my high rep squats, and accept that it's going to be at least a month before I can really squat or pull. Even though the tear is higher up in the quad, the area from about two inches above my kneecap to two inches below it is all black and blue. I also haven't been good about nutrition/sleep since the meet.
On the bright side, I did get to teach a novice to squat/press 1.0/deadlift yesterday. Seemed to go fairly well.
2/16
Bench (1st rep paused each set) - 315 4x6 (RPE 7.5-8.5 range each set)
--First real work I've done since the meet. Pec felt great. Going to start training at a Crossfit close to work soon. $75 per month with 24/7 access and the equipment is fantastic. Checked it out today.
2/18
Deadlift - 565x6 (2 reps in tank)
Snatch grip DL - 445x6,6
Squat - 225 6x6
--Love the new gym so far. I was able to pull with no quad pain today, so that was exciting. Squats, on the other hand, are a long way off.
