    Deadlift 565x3 (10 lb PR! Tough lift) Snatch grip deadlift 225x5, 315x5, 405x5, 460x3
    Abs 3x10

    --Two pretty good workouts Saturday and today.

    Bench 305x3 (was supposed to do 3x3, but one set was all i had), 225 3x5
    T-bar row 4x5
    Db curl 2x10

    --Well, this was the first bad workout I've had in a while, so that's not terrible. My body was telling me in warmups to take a deload on bench, but I didn't listen until after the 1st set. These days happen. Try again next week.

    Squat 385x5,5,7 (tough but probably 1 really hard rep left in the tank. Rep PR at 385)
    Abs 3x10
    Jogged a little, then ran 6 30yd sprints. Felt my hammy pop a little on the 6th but shut it down as soon as I felt the first tweek. I've pulled so many of these in my life it's no big deal. Probably won't even miss a weight workout. It's a small pull. Likely will avoid running for about 3 weeks tho. Pretty good day on squats.

    I reckon I'll just find a new place to train since they've fucked up the benches. But even if the benches weren't fucked up, the spotter still would have fucked me up today and he doesn't work for the gym.

    Dude, he just took off like a pussy. Yeah, I pulled 625 raw at 196 bw in my last meet about a month and a half ago. I think the meet video is in the journal a couple of pages back. I've also done 610 raw at 181, but that wasn't in a full meet.

    Squat 390x5,5,6 (rep PR and had another left in the tank on the last set for sure. The hammy was talking to me a little, though, so I decided to call it quits before I tore the damn thing completely off. Will try 5,5,6 w/ 395 next week.)

    Bench 275x3,3,5 (1 left in tank on last set. Just wanted to get in a little bench work since I basically haven't benched the last two weeks. Squats and deadlifts are going great right now but bench isn't. Will probably just start my bench training cycle over next week.)

    Pullups bw+35 3x6

    --Good day. Not sure how that happened. Not sure how the hammy will affect pulls on Monday. Might need a light day w/ something like 315 for 3x10 on Monday's deadlifts and hold off on 585x2 until the following week.

    --Hamstring still wasn't ready to go today. The 405 pulls weren't even speed pulls because I kind of had to baby the weight off the ground. So 585x2 will have to wait until next Monday. I should be good to go by then.
