Are you going to be doing the split snatch again?

Looking forward to seeing you progress in the Oly lifts-- pretty awesome.

My back is pretty healthy these days. I'm planing to squat under it when it gets heavy unless my body chooses to split. For whatever reason I always shoot my left leg forward a tad and right leg back a tad when I power anything heavy. Maybe that is my body telling me something? Too soon to tell yet. I should know in a week or so.
    Thanks for the support guys.

I agree. Her only chance to make up for it is to start with the bar over her toes and sweep it in. She probably needs to switch to high-bar, too if she wants to deal with the excessive strength. And stop with the heavy pulls of course.

I'm speechless. Your strength. Your willpower. Your single-mindedness. Your sportsmanship. Your maturity. Your chicken dance. It's all wonderful and inspiring.

    Monday 10/7/13

It's been a while since I've updated. On the plane now headed home from Texas. The coaches conference was a blast. I'm sad it over.

Friday night worked on my jerk after the jerk demo. Lots of volume practicing technique. Up to 95kg.

Today on very little sleep, bourbon and wine (last night).

    Squat
    275 3x5

    Bench
    235x5, 225x5

    Press
    135 2x5

    Weighted chins up to 100lbsx2
