I've been meaning to ask what type of program are you on. I can't tell off hand from your log. Is it just RPE until you hit a certain number?

I'm on a 6 day lower/upper split. Squat/dead/bench are all solid numbers or percentages, press and rows are based on RPE. I do not actually have an accessory/bodybuilding programmed but I like to do some so I do. So today my bench was 5x5x75% and my press was 2x10xRPE 6-7.
