Went to the state fair from 12-9:30 yesterday, a million miles of walking and 1 actual mile with a kid on my back after a toe injury. Also all the salty food.

    Good work!
Thanks and I'm sure it did. My depth seemed to be creeping up a little bit last month so I've been really trying to get down there. I haven't had a squat 1rm PR in a year and I don't want it to be shallow when I get one.

Great lifting lately, Melody! I was looking at the DL vid and, it was so easy, it got me wondering where you think your 1RM is...

I have no idea. I'm supposed to find an RPE 9 on Friday, hoping it's around 250. That would put my 1rm around 265. I would love to get 275 at the meet, I don't know how realistic that is right now. My back feels really good though.

This is awesome. I think that this is a great place to be for the meet, especially with your back in good shape.
