I used the RPE chart and it was pretty close. Bench was a little over but my arms are tired from all the chins yesterday. Happy to be starting this program, I was getting pretty frustrated/bored with my training.

I find the chart to be close. I tend to use it as a gauge. I make a note of the chart weight for a RPE @ 7 in the right margin of my of log. As I warm up I get a sense before I hit RPE of 7 whether I need more or less weight. Most of the time its pretty close.
Look forward to following your progress under coach Jordan. I am in week 8. Best decision I've made regarding my training.
