Probably got fired for the triple meat. That's what, like, $75 in New York?

Putzed around in the gym mostly to help my partner Ryan out with his squats and DLs. He pulled 375x5 which was a PR for him.

I power cleaned up from 95 to 195, adding 20 lbs per set, with 2 sets each at 95 and 185. 1 deadlift, 2 power cleans. Easy, but didn't want to go heavier.

    That iz all.

    Bench Press
    375x2x3
    Notes:
A little harder today. Last rep of the 3rd set was slow. Didn't have good nutrition leading up to lifting today, maybe that was a factor or maybe it's just getting heavy. Either way, got all my reps.

    Press
    203x4x5
    Notes:
    Solid.

    Chin-Downs
    240x10x3
    Notes:
Had to use yet another new apparatus this week since the one I used to use is gone and the one I used Thursday was taken. There are only two places to do pulldowns now.

Did one set of DB rows 55x10 just to see how my back felt about it. Felt 100% fine. So may do some more, heavier, on Thursday.

    Messed around again today.

Empty Bar Squats - 5x5. Felt OK but not quite ready to load yet.

Then Power Cleans starting at 95x3 up to 195x3x2. Felt ok.

Tried to row, not quite ready for that yet either, but close.

This is how Wolf advertises that he is accepting new clients. He is probably already booked solid through the first of the year from that. First there was Gorilla marketing then came the Wolf system.

The Wolf system. I like that. Rumblefish, you're hired.
