    Ya, the front squats that day were done in my modified 1.1" heel Do-Wins. Pretty high. They're even uglier in my usual 1/2 inchers.

    Just saw this. I don't have a superb rack, but it's adequate (rim shot!). It would be better if not for my massively massive Paul Horn-esque biceps.

    Smoked 360 and 380, then got a hard fought 400 after initiating the press by pushing towards my feet (WTF?). But I got it. 400 meet bench, in the books.

    Was also a blast spending the day with so many NY-area SS lifters. We do it again tomorrow.
