Congrats Wolf. Any video yet? I've been out of the loop. How do you feel today?

    Here it is, Gillian!

I absolutely smoked my first two attempts @ 360 and 380. At 400, you can see I initiate the press by pushing the bar a bit forward, increasing the moment arm and significantly worsening my leverage. I managed to wrestle it back and make the lift. I'm probably good for a paused 415 or so right now with better technique.

For those who may be wondering, yes that IS in fact my Gene's Tasty Burger t-shirt on under my singlet. It's better than a multi-ply bench shirt. Rip said it may be considered cheating.

Thanks to Rori for taking my vids and Nick for my hand-offs, and not D'Agostino-ing me by remembering to shout "WAIT!" so I didn't rack before the command.

Also, those double meat hip slams were for you, Niki.

    Those WAIT cues were great.
Great work recovering from pushing it forward.

Haha, they really made sure I didn't even think about racking the bar too early.

Still feel kinda dumb about making such a basic error on my big attempt, but glad I had enough strength in reserve to make it anyway.

You know Niki, the thing about being a beard is that YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO SAY YOU'RE A BEARD IN PUBLIC!

    Yesterday (Tuesday):

    Squat
    45x5x2, 75x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 165x5x2
Notes: Felt good. No back issues.

    Press
    45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 165x5, 195x5
Notes: All beltless. Felt heavy @ 195.

    Deadlift
    185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 325x5, 365x5
Notes: One little spot on the left side of my lower back was complaining just a little but generally felt ok.

Oh, and I'm the slightest bit sore from this today in my glutes. Wtf. Seriously, did I get that detrained?

    Another step forward today.

    Squat
    45x5x2, 85x5, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5x2
Notes: I've added 70 lbs to my squat in like 10 days, brah. I should come out with a named, patented squat program. Wolf Squatology: Add 70 lbs in less than two weeks to THE KING OF TEH LIFTZ!

Seriously though, it felt good. No back barking.

    Bench Press
    45x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5
    Notes: Easy ramping 5's.

    Deadlift
    135x5, 225x5, 295x5, 365x5
Notes: I may have over-reached a bit doing 365 on Tuesday, so I stayed there today. I'll be ready for 385 or 395 next week.
