Another not so horrible UB day today. I don't know that it felt better than Monday, but certainly no worse, which is a good thing. Previously, training sessions would often make it worse for a couple days. Baby steps.

I've been feeling 'off' in my timing of the Press 2.0 ever since I stopped my normal press training regimen 10 weeks ago when the shoulder issue started. I tried something new today which seemed to work well. I'm still doing the "Press 1.5" for my sets of 5 - 1st and last rep done 2.0 style, with the middle three done with the stretch reflex. But on all 2.0 reps, I'm beginning my reach more slowly, then going faster as I reach, kind of like a power clean being squeezed off the floor then accelerated through the pull. It worked well for me both in terms of timing and not cutting the reach short. Gonna stick with it for now.

Notes: Still gas in the tank, erectors still having some trouble adjusting to bench press again. Shoulder felt these just the tiniest bit during afterwards, but not bad at all and went away.
