Didn't feel great yesterday and focusing on resting a bit more so skipped. Today went ok till I got to the heavier pulls.

    Squat - rehbands
    [135,225,295,345] x5 - beltless
    375x5, 405x3, 435x2, 455x1 - belt
Notes: Pretty good overall. 455 felt a bit heavier than I'd have liked but no problems here.

    Press
    [95,135,155,175] x5 - beltless
    187.5x5, 195x3, 202.5x2, 210x1 - belt
Notes: These went well. Pleasantly surprised with the strength and bar speed.

    Power Clean Warm-Up
    [135,155,175,185] x 1+2
    Deadlift - beltless
    275x5 - DOH, 345 & 395x5 - mix of hook and DOH
    425x2 - L-Up, 455x1 - R-Up
Notes: Through 395 was OK; 395 felt heavier/slower than I'd have liked but OK. 425 and 455 just felt slow. Better than Tuesday but still not good.

    HSPU
    1,1
Notes: Warmed up wrists better but DLs took the mojo out of me.

    C2 Erg - 30/45x4
Paces around 1:45-1:50. Just easing back in.

A friend posted this on my facebook a week or so back. The man bun thing has generally gotten pretty stupid, but some of these were pretty funny.

    Default Wolf's Disease Strikes Again

Looks like I won't be training for at least a bit. Hurt my shoulder this morning, non-training related. Seems to be pretty bad but will know more after getting it checked out and probably scanned over the next few days. In the meantime, it'll be pretty quiet here.

Ouch, completely bummed. Hope you get a good diagnosis.

I'm sorry to hear that. I've been dealing with rotator cuff issues for a while now. It sucks. I hope you heal fast.

Thanks, all. It was an acute trauma injury, not a chronic issue, so the bleeding and inflammatory response of the first few days was pretty painful and hard to get through. It's dissipating now and I'm regaining ROM and pain is lessening. Not going to make any specific predictions but hopeful I can start rehab shortly, as well as get the ROM back to start squatting again.
