Light deadlifts are the beginning part of a 'gainz-train' that you have never ever experienced in your life. Enjoy the comeback its going to feel really good.

Glad to hear PT's going well, and good luck on Friday.

    Thanks, all.

I've been doing 2-4 sets per day of all the active-assist ROM exercises that I can do at home with my swiffer stick. When lying supine, I still don't quite get my repaired side to the floor, but can touch the floor with my knuckles if I extend my wrist a bit, so I'm close.

    Today, however...DEADLIFTS!
    65x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5

All easy, all felt fine on my shoulder. I still have this mysterious right erector thing going on with no idea of the cause or the cure, but I imagine it won't effect me much until I'm at least at 405. These all felt good and as silly light as they were, it felt great to have a barbell in my hands again (TWSS).

    Yesterday (Tues, 5/31)

    Shoulder Ring Rehab with PVC
    4 sets
1 set = walked out as far as I could (almost full overhead lockout, I'm about 2 inches shy), hold for 5 seconds, press 5 reps, then back into the overhead stretch for 5 seconds.

    Deadlift
    115x5, 145x5, 165x5

Kneeling Band Lat Pulldowns with posterior overhead stretch
    Red Bands x 10-15 x 3

You're doing really well with the rehab, good work! What is your plan for deadlifts?
