This cold has lasted forever. I am now much better than before, but still not 100% out of the woods. Crazy. Don't think I've ever had anything last this long. Plan is to train Tues/Fri this week - light, just readjusting to training. Mon/Wed/Fri next week, ramping back up. And then resume my 4 day schedule the following week, and begin prepping for the SS Spring Challenge at that point. That would be a 12 week prep. I would've liked to have a bit longer, especially coming off a nasty cold and not training essentially at all for 2 weeks, but it'll have to do.
