Hard to imagine anyone doing anything against big RW right now. Except watching in awe.

While the worst symptoms of the cold were Thurs/Fri/Sat and it lessened by Sunday, my improvement since then has been very slow. This thing is lingering, with symptoms still definitely present and improving only very slowly. Have essentially not left home since it started. Went back to work today and attempted to lift beforehand. Did not go well. The only real silver linings are:
    1. I'm not dead
    2. My elbows didn't hurt
    3. The Axis powers didn't win WW2

    High Bar Squat
    95x5, 135x5, 175x5, 205x5, 225x5
Notes: Felt like crap, everything hurt.

    Press
    65x5, 85x5, 105x5, 125x5, 135x5, 145x5
Notes: Felt like crap, everything hurt.

    Sumo Deadlift
    145x5, 225x5, 275x5
Notes: Felt like crap, everything hurt.

    Chin-ups
    3,3
Notes: Felt like crap, everything hurt.

You know Wolf isn't healthy if Sumo Deadlifts sneak in there

Don't you love/hate how systemic inflammation tends to alleviate local inflammation? I've been dealing with some really annoying proximal biceps tendonitis and nothing was helping. I got a stunningly awful cold/sinus infection about a month ago and the one good thing to come out of it was, "hey, my arm doesn't hurt anymore."

I'm not sure if it's the systemic inflammation or just the rest, or both, but a small good is better than no good, for sure.

I think I heard of that. Worth watching, you say?

I haven't watched the show yet, but it was a weird book. Unless they really bastardized it, it sounds interesting at least.

I believe so, I think it's a decent show so far. It's worth a watch in my humble opinion.

Haven't read the book, but if you have then you know about the films and that's what I am still trying to figure out because I am only 5 episodes in to the series so far.

I had to look up what you meant. I thought you were saying they'd made movie adaptations already. In the book, it's a novel, not a film.

Either way, the whole thing is very strange. If they follow the book, I'm not really sure how they'll manage the ending. There are some very twisted complications that I never really understood.
