Still sick and feel like poop but did some chins and pullups today. 11 chins and 4 pullups, over 7 total sets. Pretty yoked over here.
Started coming down with something Wednesday, but fully bloomed Friday so I've basically been stuck at home and not lifted at all since getting back from work Thursday. Seems like a cold/sinus thing, I've also heard from several ppl I know that have something similar, so I guess it's going around. Plus: I got some sense of taste and smell back today. Minus: cough seems to have gotten even worse.
I'll be back to rehab and recovery once this is out of my chest.

Had to do this quickly and hangrily without having eaten in 6.5 hours and knowing I wouldn't get to eat for several hours thereafter, due to my knees MRI running 1.5 hours late. Fortunately I still don't even lift, bro, so these weights can be done in my sleep.
