I am hoping that you're right on this, Gillian. Being seriously injured this year has been a real challenge.

    Happy birthday Wolf!
Here's to an injury free, stronger 2014 for you and me.

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes!

I didn't feel great physically today - not sick and not injured, just a sluggish, lethargic day. Pulled it together to get to the gym and as usual, glad I did.

    Squat
    355x5, 365x5, 375x5
    Notes:
Re-acclimating to some volume. All pretty easy, though 375 didn't feel as easy.

    Deadlift
    475x5
    Notes
: Definitely slower and hard than last time I did this a couple weeks ago. But not really slow and not really hard.

Went to do some 20/1:40's on the rower, but it sort of broke on my second interval, so I did versa climber instead. 4 x 75ft AFAP / 60s rest and then one more 100 ft at about 80%.

Looks like you have a much better grasp on feeling the proper depth and avoiding sliding forward at the bottom. I recall you lost this a little while back.

Yes, I am happy to see this as well. Still a little slide, always my nemesis, but only just a little. Depth and feeling the tightness and right place to bounce is much improved.

    Happy Birthday buddy!

This is my reaction after I walk out chipotle when that happens.
